I am over the moon to be returning to Colchester Fringe Festival on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November with not one, not two, but THREE different events!!
On Saturday AND Sunday I'll be hosting Nana Funk's Music/Musical Bingo at Dragonfly Lounge.
Next event? I'll be hosting the Saturday night after party with Karaoke at Headgate Theatre from 10pm.
And Sunday at 7.30pm sees me bring my award winning An Evening With Nana Funk to Dragonfly Lounge.

It’s Chriiiiiiistmaaaaaaaaaas (in a bit)! And I'm back!
Now a staple of the festive season Downstairs at the Everyman presents a Christmas party not to be missed.
Following last Christmas’s festive delights, Nana Funk, Liverpool’s favourite all singing, all dancing Nana (me), will be lighting up Downstairs at the Everyman once more with some slightly dusty Christmas Sparkle.
Join her for an evening of chats, songs and laughing. It’ll be like Wogan, if Wogan was a Nana with a questionable hip and mysterious past.

And that’s not all! There will, of course, be some very special guests...who? I hear you ask...well...
Eithne Browne – I'm delighted for Eithne joining me again for some Christmas cheer. With an acting career spanning more than 30 years including theatre roles in the original Blood Brothers in the West End to Willy Russell’s Shirley Valentine, as well as being an instrumental force in fundraising to prevent the closure of the Everyman in the 90’s, Eithne has established herself as a leading light in the Performing Arts scene in Liverpool. She is also an original member of the unofficial Royal Court Theatre ‘rep company’ and since its resurgence over ten years ago, she has appeared in over 20 productions there.
Eithne has made a number of appearances on our TV screens in a variety of roles and productions from Chrissy Rogers in Channel 4’s Brookside, and, more recently, as midwife Irene Stocks in Emmerdale for ITV. She is a passionate advocate of the arts across the region and an integral part of the city’s Art’s and Cultural fabric.
Eithne is also the proud recipient of Merseyside’s Woman Of The Year award for her work in the Arts and for numerous charities.

Nasher - How exciting is this?? Brian Nash has over 40 years’ experience as a performing musician that began in 1982 during his time as lead guitarist in Frankie Goes To Hollywood to the present day, performing as a solo artist under the name "Nasher" During that time he has written and recorded four solo albums and collaborated with, and produced many other artists, contributing to songwriting, arranging and production from his own recording studio in North London.
In 2012 Trinity Mirror published his autobiography "Nasher Says Relax" which was later turned into an audio book that is available on YouTube. Nasher has performed in venues all over the world from large arenas in front of many thousands to smaller venues holding very much less and feels at home in front of any audience regardless of its size.
Having hosted and compered a variety of events from awards ceremonies and talent competitions to memorials and funerals, Nasher decided to become a celebrant and offers unique and individual services, whether you are ending a journey by saying farewell to a loved one or beginning a new journey by marrying a loved one.
